Questions
How much does a visit cost?
A Planned Visit is $65. It reserves your technician for a day you pick, from the next business day on (Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM), and the $65 comes off the total cost of your repair or install when you go ahead. Anything for today, after hours or on Sundays is a Same-Day Rescue: $145 for homes, $185 for businesses, with a technician usually there in 45–90 minutes. The rescue fee comes off the repair when you approve it during that visit. And if we can't fix it, you don't pay for the visit.
My garage door will not open. What should I do?
Do not force it, and stay away from the springs: they are under high tension and can cause serious injury. Unplug the opener and book a Same-Day Rescue. Our line is open 24/7.
I just bought a house. Should I replace the garage door?
Not always. Many doors only need new springs, rollers or an opener. We look at it and tell you honestly whether to repair or replace.
Does my garage door need to be hurricane-rated in Miami?
Yes. Miami-Dade is a High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, so a new garage door must carry Miami-Dade product approval (an NOA) for wind. Every new door we install is an approved, wind-rated model, and we show you its approval number before you buy.
Can you automate my existing gate?
Often, yes. We can add a motor to a manual gate or replace an old one. What works depends on your gate, so the technician confirms it on the visit.
Is the preview exactly what I will get?
No. The photos and videos are references to help you decide, not your exact custom design. Every detail is confirmed with you on the visit, before anything is built.

Miami and all of Miami-Dade County. If your address is outside it, you can still book and we call to confirm we can get there.
