Visit fees and cancellations

Visit fees
You pay the visit fee online when you book: Planned Visit $65; Same-Day Rescue $145 for homes, $185 for businesses. Paying online adds the online payment fee shown before you pay.
No refunds, no rescheduling
Visit fees are non-refundable and a booked visit cannot be moved to another time, except as described below. If you cancel, or nobody is there when the technician arrives, the fee is not returned. To pick a different time, book a new visit.
If we can't fix it
If the technician cannot fix the problem, you get back what you paid for the visit. A repair or replacement we quote counts as a fix, whether or not you go ahead with it.
Your fee still counts
The $65 Planned Visit fee comes off your final repair or install total when you go ahead with the work. The Same-Day Rescue fee comes off the repair total when you approve the repair during that visit; if you decide later, it covers the emergency visit only. The online payment fee does not count toward any total.
If we cancel
If we cancel or cannot make it, you get a full refund of everything you paid.
Repairs and installs
You get the price before any work starts. Fixed right, or we come back free. Qualifying jobs carry a 2-year warranty, confirmed in writing for each job.

Same-Day Rescue (today, after hours or Sundays), 24/7: $145 homes, $185 businesses; a technician is usually there in 45–90 minutes; it comes off the repair if you approve it during that visit.
