How much does a visit cost?

A Planned Visit is $65. It reserves your technician for a day you pick, from the next business day on (Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM), and the $65 comes off the total cost of your repair or install when you go ahead. Anything for today, after hours or on Sundays is a Same-Day Rescue: $145 for homes, $185 for businesses, with a technician usually there in 45–90 minutes. The rescue fee comes off the repair when you approve it during that visit. And if we can't fix it, you don't pay for the visit.

My garage door will not open. What should I do?

Do not force it, and stay away from the springs: they are under high tension and can cause serious injury. Unplug the opener and book a Same-Day Rescue. Our line is open 24/7.
